Here’s what wheel of life is and how to use it in a nutshell:

What is the wheel of life worksheet?

The Wheel of Life worksheet is something that life coaches have been using for a long time.

You might have also heard about Level 10 Life. Level 10 life was created by Hal Elrod and you can find more about it in his book Miracle Morning. It’s the similar/same tool with a different name.

I’ve used the Wheel of Life for years now, so I’m sticking to that one.

And I haven’t yet read the Miracle Morning book so I can’t say more about it. But I’ve heard a lot of good things about it, and it’s on my book wishlist, so if you want to check out Har Elrod’s book, then here’s a link to it:

How to use the wheel of life worksheet?

I’ve written about the wheel of life self assessment tool before and you can find the step-by-step instructions with a lot of helpful questions that’ll guide you through the worksheet from this post:

Are you surviving, suffering or thriving, find out with the Wheel of Life.

This is how the autumn wheel of life #1 looks like:

Want a quick guide instead?

If you’re already familiar with the Wheel of Life or Level 10 Life, then here are the quick instructions how to assess your life with the autumn Wheel of Life worksheet:

  1. Print out the Autumn Wheel of Life worksheets (2 sheets) from the SaturdayGift printables library
  2. Go through each area of your life one by one. Think whether you’re surviving (1-3), suffering (4-7) or thriving (8-10)
  3. Color the circles depending which number you feel like you’re at. The inner circle is 1 and the outer circle is 10.
  4. After you’ve colored you’ll instantly which areas need your attention (numbers 1-7) and in which areas you’re already doing well.
  5. After you’ll know what you need to change, you’re more prepared to start setting your goals.

Note! I recommend to read the step-by-step instructions from this post, so that you’ll have more guidance and supporting questions to make the best out of this self-assessment.

How’s the autumn wheel of life worksheet different from the other tools like this?

I like to use more detailed categories when I assess my life. And that’s why I’ve created two worksheets with 16 categories.

The areas in the Wheel of Life #1 are:

  • Significant other / relationship
  • Family life / kids
  • Extended family / relatives
  • Friends
  • Living environment / home
  • Personal finance
  • Career / profession
  • Workplace / work environment
The areas in the Wheel of Life #2 are:
  • Looks and self-image
  • Mental wellbeing
  • Health and energy
  • Hobbies and free-time
  • Dreams and goals
  • Intellectual stimulation
  • Exercise and nutrition
  • Time management

Color: The printable is light beige, but it should also look quite lovely if you instead print it with a black and white printer.

Size: The print is US letter size, but you can resize it to fit any planner and use the excess white space for notes and doodles.
