Welcome to the 30-Day Spring Cleaning Challenge!
Are you ready to declutter, organize, and refresh your entire home for the new season?
This challenge will help you tackle one area of your house daily for 30 days.
Preparing for the challenge:
Before we get started, it’s important to set yourself up for success during this 30-day challenge. Here are a few tips to help you prepare:
- Set aside time each day: To make the most out of this challenge, try to allocate at least 15-20 minutes each day to complete the task. This will help you stay on track and avoid feeling overwhelmed.
- Gather supplies: Make sure you have all the necessary spring cleaning supplies, storage containers, and organizers before starting the challenge. This will save you time and stress in the long run.
- Get motivated: Put on some upbeat music or an audiobook to keep yourself motivated while cleaning.
Days 1-5: Kitchen Cleaning
Day 1: Clean out and organize pantry shelves.
Day 2: Deep clean oven and stovetop.
Day 3: Scrub kitchen sink and disinfect garbage disposal.
Day 4: Clean and organize refrigerator and freezer.
Day 5: Wipe down kitchen cabinets (inside and out) and countertops.
Days 6-10: Bathroom Blitz
Day 6: Clean and disinfect toilet.
Day 7: Scrub bathtub, shower walls, and shower head.
Day 8: Clean bathroom sink and vanity.
Day 9: Wash shower curtain or clean shower door.
Day 10: Organize bathroom cabinets and drawers.
Days 11-15: Living Room Refresh
Day 11: Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and decor.
Day 12: Vacuum upholstered furniture and cushions.
Day 13: Clean TV screen and electronics.
Day 14: Wash windows and window sills.
Day 15: Declutter and organize the entertainment center or media area.
Days 16-20: Bedroom Beautification
Day 16: Vacuum mattress and flip if applicable.
Day 17: Wash bedding, including sheets, pillowcases, and comforters.
Day 18: Dust and polish furniture, including nightstands and dressers.
Day 19: Declutter and organize closet shelves and drawers.
Day 20: Rotate seasonal clothing and donate items no longer needed.
Days 21-25: Deep Cleaning
Day 21: Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures throughout the house.
Day 22: Clean baseboards and trim.
Day 23: Vacuum and mop hard floors in all rooms.
Day 24: Wipe down light switches, doorknobs, and other frequently touched surfaces.
Day 25: Declutter and organize any remaining areas of the home.
Days 26-30: Finishing Touches
Day 26: Clean and organize the entryway or foyer area.
Day 27: Wash throw blankets and pillows.
Day 28: Clean and organize utility areas like laundry room and mudrooms.
Day 29: Deep clean carpets or rugs.
Day 30: Buy some flowers, celebrate accomplishments, and enjoy your fresh, clean space!

I love your cleaning checklists. However, for me I think it would be better if instead of 5-6 days in the same room (bathroom) it was all jumbled up today bathroom, tomorrow bedroom, then kitchen. I live in a basement and some of these things don’t apply to me but I just figure something else to do that day. But it would be great to have it printed
