How to use the worksheet to achieve your spring goals?
Here are the short 5-step instructions for how you can use these spring goals templates:
1. Choose what you want to focus on
What are you hoping to achieve this spring?
Do you want to minimize and declutter your home? Do you want to do an ultimate spring cleaning project? Or do you have some work related goal you’d like to achieve?
Think of the bigger picture. You have something you’d like to achieve in the long run. This “focus of this spring” should be something that will help you get there faster.
Psst! If you have some bigger and more “difficult” goal you want to achieve you might like the post 10 step method to achieve your goals.
2. Choose 3 goals
After you’ve written down what you want to focus on, choose 3 mini-goals – and not more. You can only do so much and if you scatter your focus all over the place most likely you won’t achieve what you want to.
3. Create small action steps towards each goal
Now it’s time to write bite-sized action steps that’ll help you achieve your mini-goals. Each step and task should be something you can execute. If it feels too overwhelming, break it into an even smaller steps.
4. Follow your progress
Remember to look at this worksheet often and “check” each step that you complete. (Use the little circle next to each action step).
5. Don’t forget to have fun!
So add some things you can look forward to on the lines at the bottom of the worksheet. The journey to success should be enjoyable and fun too!
