Whether you’re planning your work or fun things, it never hurts to be organized. And whatever your plans and goals are, if you write them down, it’s more likely that you’ll actually do and achieve them.
That’s why I created this printable worksheet so that you can make plans and set mini-goals to different areas of your life.
You can use it as-is or add it to your US letter size planner or resize it to fit any planner and use the excess white space for notes or doodles.

Materials you’ll need
- Printer – (I have this printer that I absolutely love.)
- Ink – (I use this affordable ink service, so I never run out.)
- Paper – (I use this paper for most of my printables. It’s so bright and thick and not too expensive at all.
- Cute pens to color – (I love love love all pens from this brand)
- Optional: a binder – (these binders are great) or a disc-bound notebook (I like this notebook)

The worksheet has a place to write down your mini-goals for different areas of your life.
This printable gift will guide you to make balanced plans and goals. Goals are not just for work-related things. It’s important to make time for friends and family too, to have some fun and to take care of yourself.
It’s very easy to use.
Just write down bigger plans you have this fall and 1-3 main goals you want to achieve in the next 3 months for each category.
And then use the minimal autumn calendar to plan out the action steps you’ll need to take to achieve your goals and make your plans a reality.

Color: The printable is light beige, but it should also look quite lovely if you instead print it with a black and white printer.
Size: The print is US letter size, but you can resize it to fit any planner and use the excess white space for notes and doodles.
