Tips for 5 times multiplication table – Is there a trick for 5 times tables?
The easiest way to memorize multiplication tables is to find patterns or skip counting.
All answers for 5 times table end either in a 0 or 5.
If you multiply 5 with an even number, the answer ends in 0.
Example: 5 x 2 = 10 and 5 x 6 equals 30.
If you multiply 5 with an odd number, the answer ends in 5.
Example: 5 x 3 = 15 and 5 x 7 equals 35.
And you can start teaching your child to skip count.
In skip counting, you skip equal amounts of numbers when counting up. Like, skip counting by two would be 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and so on.
You can get all the answers for the table of 5 by skip counting.
